Finally Home has the central figure laden with bags
and a portfolio that reminded me of my days at art college here in Newcastle.
With all my journeys away it was always seeing the Tyne Bridge whether crossing
it or seeing it from afar meant the one thing to me. I was home. The figure is
looking back and up towards that wonderful Bridge and perhaps thinking to
themselves I’m "Finally Home".
