Sunset over the Tyne

Sunset is a glorious time of the day evoking warm feelings for a viewer. When a person has a fondness for a place in their life adding a sunset can lift this emotion further and for Geordies, the Tyne Bridge is the romantic symbol of home. Lights and reflections play an important role in my work and the indication of light helps the viewer paint the picture in their own mind. I've kept the colours to a minimum adding to the atmosphere of the day.
