The Cobles of Lindisfarne

The Cobles of Lindisfarne

The word ‘Coble’ refers to the upturned boats which have been cut in half and used as fisherman’s sheds.  David has captured the ominous, billowing clouds that often dominate the skyline of Lindisfarne. This is a limited edition print produced from an original watercolour.
